Vespas are motorized scooters ridden by several characters in the Tales of Arcadia franchise, most notably Jim Lake Jr.
History
Jim is seen admiring a Vespa in a magazine advertisement during the series' first episode "Becoming: Part 1". When he lowers the magazine, he's disappointed by the sight of his lowly bicycle. He also has a Vespa poster on his bedroom wall.
After a disastrous test drive in the episode "Bittersweet Sixteen", he and Blinky Galadrigal agree to build one together out of spare parts.
Jim's Vespa is later destroyed by Merlin, used to create suits of armor for Toby Domzalski and Claire Nuñez. This is most obvious in Toby's helmet, which retains the Vespa's trademark headlight.
There is also a notable Vespa chase in the episode "Arcadia's Most Wanted."
