Kelsey Grammer (born Feburary 21st 1955) is an American voice actor, actor, writer, singer, comedian and activist. He is best known for his role as Frasier Crane on the critically acclaimed, long-running sitcom Frasier, about a radio psychologist in New York City, a spin-off of his recurring character from the sitcom Cheers and also Sideshow Bob from long-running animated sitcom The Simpsons. His voice acting credits include; Teacher's Pet: The Movie, Monsters University, and Toy Story 2.
He voices Blinky Galadrigal in the Tales of Arcadia universe.
