Trollhunters (Part Two)

Trollhunters (Part Three)

In the fifth episode of Season 3, 'Parental Guidance', Barbara calls Javier and Ophelia Nuñez and Nana Domzalski over to her house to tell them about their children's nocturnal activities. Jim, Toby and Claire arrive soon after and Barbara demands that they tell them all the truth. The kids hesitate and try to evade her questions, but Barbara says that Jim and his friends are tasked with protecting an underground species called trolls and that they do exist. This is met with laughter from all and Barbara looks at everyone, humiliated.

After Jim and Barbara have their talk in the basement, Jim and his friends confess and tell everyone that Barbara was telling the truth, and show their powers to their parents. Javier and Ophelia are astounded by Claire's abilities. At this moment, Blinky and Dictatious emerge from the basement, fighting goblins. Jim, Toby and Claire immediately join in. When a goblin attacks Claire, Javier picks it up and throws it into the portal created by Claire.

After the goblins have been driven away, Javier tells Claire that he is proud of her and will support her in every way he can.

3Below (Part One)

Javier can be seen walking with his wife and Enrique, past Varvatos and Luug.

Physical Appearance

Javier's hair is neatly combed and black, along with his growing beard and mustache. Mr. Nuñez's eyes are dark brown to compliment his fair skin tone. He is usually seen wearing a dark red shirt with a white collar underneath a low-cut button navy blue cardigan. His outfit is completed with coffee-colored pants and white sneakers.

Personality

Claire's father can be best described as the opposite of his wife. Unlike his uptight and proper wife, he seems more carefree and outgoing.

Relationships

Romances

Love Interests

Ophelia Nuñez

Javier loves his wife dearly, though he does have some disappointments like when she orders him to cook some soy dogs (which he hates).

Family

Family

Claire and Enrique Nuñez

Javier loves Claire and Enrique very deeply. He was quite overprotective of his daughter, especially towards Jim, but later learned to accept their relationship together.

Friends

Friends

Barbara Lake

Jim Lake Jr.

After several failed impressions, Javier had a low opinion of Jim, at least until he learns about the Troll world and the reasons below Jim's several failed impressions.

He, along with his wife, trusted Jim enough to allow Claire to journey with him to New Jersey.
