Erin Grey Van Oosbree (born August 24, 1973), credited as Grey DeLisle (/dəˈlaɪl/) and Grey Griffin, is an American voice actress and gospel singer-songwriter. Her performance credits include (but are not limited to) Vicky from The Fairly OddParents, Sam from Danny Phantom, Mandy from The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Ghastly from Evil Con Carne, Frankie from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Emily Elizabeth and Mrs. Howard Clifford the Big Red Dog, Yumi from Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Lola, Lana, Lily, and Carlino from The Loud House. She has been the voice of Daphne Blake in the Scooby-Doo franchise 2000. Her video game performances include Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, several JumpStart games and Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time.
She voices the Quagawumps, Glug and Queen Wumpa, in the Tales of Arcadia universe.
