Fragwa is a minor antagonist of Trollhunters.

He is a goblin who once served Stricklander. Despite being killed by NotEnrique in the episode "Claire and Present Danger", he is later showed to be alive, though it's most likely a new goblin taking his name and mustache.

History

After Killahead Bridge had been assembled, Bular was preparing to release his father from the Darklands with the Amulet of Daylight. Stricklander ordered Fragwa and the rest of his goblins to fetch the young changeling for the event.

When Fragwa arrived, the young Changeling refused to go with them, and a fight between them ensued. The Changeling managed to kill Fragwa by having a bookshelf fall down on him. He then hid in a closet when he heard the other goblins approaching. The rest of the goblins believed Claire Nuñez was responsible for his death because a picture of her was near his squished body.

Physical Appearance

Fragwa looks exactly like the other common Goblins, except for the fact that he has a drawn-on mustache.

Personality

Powers & Abilities

Powers

  • Goblin Physiology: Fragwa possesses common abilities like his brethern. Fragwa is also smaller and more agile than a troll.
    • Wall-Climbing: Like all goblins, Fragwa can climb up most surfaces with ease.

Abilities

  • Pick-Pocketing: Fragwa (and presumably all other goblins) is an excellent pickpocket.
  • Receptive Multilingualism: Fragwa is able to understand Trollish, English, and his own language.

Weaknesses

  • Fragile Body: Unlike trolls, Fragwa can be squashed and sliced instantly

Equipment

  • Marker: The marker that Fragwa uses to distinguish himself from his brethren. All goblins are able to use this to signal to the other Goblins that they are the new leader (if the former leader is dead.)
  • The "Farmer Says" Toy: Fragwa uses this to communicate with other people for a short while.

Trivia

  • Fragwa is a name that all goblin leaders take up. It is easy to denote which one is the current Fragwa by the goblin with the sharpie mustache.
  • According to Aaron Waltke on his Twitter page, Fragwa's name was debated that, because of his curly drawn-out mustache, it should be diverted from the French word "foie gras", which is a French cuisine that means "fat liver".
