The Eye of Gunmar is the last Triumbric Stone and a commemoration of Gunmar's vulnerability (as well as his battle with Orlagk for control of the Gumm-Gumms).
History
Centuries ago, Gunmar betrayed his former leader, Orlagk the Oppressor, for control over the Gumm-Gumms and his Decimaar Blade. The battle lasted many days, until Gunmar finally triumphed over the former warlord by decapitating his head, while in the process, Gunmar lost his right eye.
Gunmar's eye was left in the possession of the Krubera, until Gumm-Gumms stole it from them years ago. It would later be kept in the hands of Stricklander for centuries.
In "Something Rotten This Way Comes", Strickler gave Jim the eye after keeping his end of the bargain by protecting Strickler. Jim would later cleave the eye, place it into his amulet, and unlock the Eclipse Armor with the other Triumbric Stones, as well as his helmet.
Description
In its natural form, the Eye of Gunmar is a blue-white stone with a cone-shaped end and the base shaped like an eye.
In it's pure form, it's basically the same shape, only tiny.
Abilities
When it was placed into the Amulet of Daylight, the Eye of Gunmar gave Jim the ability to summon a helmet which protects him from the effects of Gunmar's Decimaar Blade, as well as from physical damage to the head.
