Boraz the Bold is a minor supporting character in The Book of Ga-Huel.
Boraz was became Trollhunter after Spar the Spiteful was felled by Bular and Gunmar in Sumer. Though he showed great prowess in fighting, and amazing skill, he only lasted three months. He got his name because he took out a thousand Gumm-Gumms.
In 70 CE at the Colosseum of Rome, Boraz was sent on a mission to protect the Dishonorable Bodus from the Gumm-Gumms and protect the Book of Ga-Huel. However, in his arrogance, he allowed Bodus to get killed while the Gumm-Gumms took the book for Gunmar. What Boraz didn't actually realize was that he was protecting a Polymorph shapeshifted as Bodus.
Boraz is a large Krubera troll the wore the Trollhunter armor.
Boraz is egotistic and arrogant, being very full of himself as he thinks very highly of himself and expects others to know of him. He tends to speak over others as he did with Jim by going on about himself. He prefers that he be refer to as "Boraz the Bold" in full correcting Jim when he called him just "Boraz". He's shown to be narcissistic as he praised himself when showing Jim his time as a Trollhunter. Boraz is also reckless and overconfident in himself. He tends to get annoyed when others don't recognized his greatness as when Jim got angry at him. Despite this Boraz is very courageous and brave, as he tryed to protect Bodus as he fought Gumm-Gumm after Gumm-Gumm.
Powers & Abilities
- The Amulet of Daylight (formerly): As the chief weapon of Trollhunters, the Amulet of Daylight allows Boraz to encase himself in a medieval knight's armor, complete with the Sword of Daylight, by chanting "For the Glory of Merlin, Daylight is mine to command!".
