Ballustra is the wife of Kanjigar the Courageous, the daughter-in-law of Tarigar and the mother of Draal the Deadly. She first appeared in the novel, The Way of the Wizard. She was briefly mentioned before that in the novel The Book of Ga-Huel.

At the beginning of The Way of the Wizard, baby Draal broke through his birthstone, and then his mother told Kanjigar that they had a son then she said he'll make a fine Monger Troll.
Trivia[]
- In Trollhunters: Tales of Arcadia--The Felled, Ballustra was briefly referred to in a way that suggests that she's dead. However, the book The Way of the Wizard reveals that she is still alive and that she stayed in Europe with other Trolls who didn’t leave for the New World.
